Tamsin Francesca is pleased to offer both UK and international delivery. Please see the sections below for full details of our delivery options.

Important Delivery Information:

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 14 working days wherever possible. Standard lead time is 2 to 6 weeks. If there is a longer lead time on your order you will be notified when your order is confirmed via email.

UK Delivery

Tamsin Francesca ships your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK, for your complete peace of mind, or via 1st class recorded delivery.

1st Class Special Delivery - £7.50, insured up to £500. Items requiring higher insurance will be shipped via suitable methods.

1st class Recorded Delivery - £3.50, uninsured at customers’ own risk.

Orders over £150 will not incur a shippng cost.

Orders are dispatched normally within 2 - 6 weeks of the order being placed. For larger orders more time may be required to make the pieces, in which case you will receive an email with estimated delivery times. We always endeavour to beat these estimates if at all possible and get your jewellery to you as quickly as we can.

Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered 1 - 3 days after dispatch to all UK postcodes, although 96% of deliveries are made the next day.

Your postman will require a signature when delivering your order.

Someone else can sign for your package if you're not at home.

This item can be tracked online at www.royalmail.com so you can see where your order is at all times.

This service also includes a Safe Place option. If you would like your order to be left with a neighbour or perhaps in your garage you can add this information on the delivery page when placing your order.

International Delivery

Unfortunately international delivery is not currently available.
