Each little dormouse is hand crafted in solid silver or gold, and each nest is hand crocheted in fine silver or 18ct gold, for the perfect snuggly little bed. The Hazel Ring was inspired by my daughter and her deep love of adventuring into scrambly wild places. The brambly scrub at the margins of woodland are such important habitiats, and so often overlooked as 'messy', but dig a little deeper and you'll find nests, not only dormice, but birds, hedgehogs and foxes and bugs of all description...but please don't disturb! It's a magical world in the scrub, and this is my tribute to it. With wildlife jewellery you can keep a bit of that magic with you everyday.

This is a truly special collection. Each little dormouse is cast from the original 6mm sculpture, which was hand sculpted with a sewing needle. You can see the make on Instagram.
