Caring for your Tamsin Francesca Jewellery

To keep your new treasures in the best condition, please store them in the box they are presented in, or a suitable jewellery box you have at home.

Keep out of conditions with moisture to minimise discolouring of the metal (silver oxidises faster in moist air).

When your pieces do need a clean immerse in silver brightening fluid, available from all good high street jewellers and most hardware shops. Do not rub plated items with a polishing cloth. I use HG silver cleaning fluid which I find works very well.

Your Tamsin Francesca jewellery is under a lifetime cleaning guarantee.

This means that you can return your jewellery to me, up to twice a year, to be cleaned and polished for free. You will need to cover the postage to and from the workshop, but the cleaning service is free.

Please note that customers are responsible for any and all shipping, duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Your items will be returned to you via Special Delivery, insured to an appropriate value for the item.
